配电矩形管复合材料横担及其材料电气性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 为了更好地指导复合材料横担的应用,对矩形管聚氨酯复合材料横担及其材料样品的电气性能进行了研究。结果表明:在绝缘子挂点距离相同且与相同规格的绝缘子组合时,矩形管复合材料横担的干燥雷电闪络电压、潮湿工频闪络电压比角钢横担分别提高了约50%和39.9%,相应的潮湿工频耐受电压和污秽耐受电压比角钢横担分别提高了约117%和30%,且潮湿闪络和污秽闪络仅发生在复合材料横担表面。 In order to better guide the application of composite cross arm, the electrical properties of the rectangular tube polyurethane composite cross arm and its material were studied. The results show that when the distance between the hanging points of insulators is the same, the dry lightning flash voltage and the wet power frequency flash voltage of the rectangular tube composite cross arm increase by about 50% and 39% respectively compared with the angle steel cross arm combined with the same specification insulator, and the corresponding wet power frequency withstand voltage and contamination withstand voltage increase by about 117% and 30%, respectively. The wet flashover and contamination flashover occur on the surface of composite cross arm only.
