摘要
研究了高频感应温度、高频感应电流和铜导线规格对铜导线半硬值的影响规律,比较了传统退火工艺和高频感应退火工艺对产品性能的影响。结果表明:铜导线半硬值随高频感应温度的升高而减小,在210~230℃内,半硬值急剧减小;铜导线半硬值随高频感应电流的增大而减小,在高频电流为70~95A时快速减小。与传统退火工艺相比,高频感应退火工艺能耗较高,只适用于宽边较宽的铜导线的生产。在漆包线生产过程中,经过高频感应退火处理的电磁线线芯半硬值随着烘烤时间的延长下降较快。
The effects of high frequency induction temperature, high frequency induction current, and copper wire specification on the semi-hard value of copper wire were studied. The effects of traditional annealing process and high frequency induction annealing process on the properties of product were compared. The results show that the semi-hard value of copper wire decreases with the increase of high frequency induction temperature, and decreases sharply in the temperature of 210~230℃. The semi-hard value of copper wire decreases with the increase of high frequency induction current, and decreases rapidly in the current of 70~95 A. Compared with the traditional annealing process, the high frequency induction annealing process has higher energy consumption and is only suitable to produce copper wire with larger wide edge. In the production process of enameled wire, the semi-hard value of the electromagnetic wire core treated by high frequency induction annealing decreases rapidly with the increase of baking time.
