摘要
通过分析牵引变压器常用漆包铜导线的绝缘漆特点以及氧气乙炔火焰去漆方法存在的缺点,结合感应加热原理,提出了一种集去漆、冷却、除尘等功能于一体的中频感应加热去漆方法,通过工艺试验证明了新型去漆方法的可行性。结果表明:采用中频感应加热方法去除试件表面的绝缘漆后,试件外表光亮美观,无黑色残留物,加热时间短,外形尺寸符合要求;微观金相组织晶粒、硬度、抗拉强度与火焰去漆方式所得试件相比差异不大,且都满足标准要求。因为新型去漆方法的集成度高、自动化程度高、操作简单等优点,可以取代传统的火焰去漆方式。
By analyzing the characteristics of insulating paint for enameled copper wire commonly used in traction transformers and the shortcomings of oxygen-acetylene flame paint removal method, and combining with the induction heating theory, an intermediate frequency induction heating paint removal method, which integrates the function of paint removal, cooling, and dust removal, was proposed. The feasibility of the new paint removal method was verified by technological tests. The results show that after removing the insulating paint on the sample surface by intermediate frequency induction heating method, the sample appearance is bright and beautiful, and there is no black residues. The heating time is short, and the appearance size meets the requirements. The microscopic microstructure grain, hardness, and tensile strength of the samples obtained by original flame paint removal method and the new method have little difference, which can meet the standard requirements. Due to the new paint removal method has high integration degree, high automation degree, and simple operation, it can replace the traditional flame paint removal method.
