摘要
弹条扣件系统对无砟轨道的稳定性、可靠性起到重要作用,而弹条折断为扣件系统中常见病害.WJ-7型扣件系统是我国客运专线常用,WJ-7型铁路弹条扣件系统中的弹条为W1型,因此对W1型弹条在不同交变载荷下的扣压力进行试验研究.结果表明:W1型弹条扣压力随载荷循环次数呈三阶段衰减;弹条的疲劳寿命与载荷幅值呈反相关关系;W1型弹条断裂性质为弯曲--扭转疲劳断裂.
Fastener system plays an important role in the stability and reliability of the ballastless track, and the break of the fastening clip is a common problem. WJ-7 type fastener system is commonly used in Chinese passenger dedicated line, hence we test the toe load of fastening of W1 type fastening clip under different load. Results are as follows: toe load of fastening of W1 type fastening clip appears three-stage attenuation with load amplitude;the fatigue life of spring exhibits an inverse relationship with the load amplitude;the fracture of W1 type is kind of bending:torsional fracture.
