中西医结合治疗对妊娠合并病毒性肝炎患者临床疗效及凝血指标的影响

Influences of Integrating Therapy of Chinese and Western Medicine on Clinical Curative Effect and Coagulation Indexes in Patients with Pregnancy Combined with Viral Hepatitis

目的探讨中西医结合治疗对妊娠合并病毒性肝炎患者临床疗效及凝血指标的影响。方法选取2016年06月至2018年06月我院收治的120例妊娠合并病毒性肝炎患者为对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60),对照组给予西药治疗,观察组给予中西医结合治疗,比较两组临床疗效、凝血指标[活化部分凝血活酶时间(aPTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、血浆凝血酶时间(TT)]、肝功能[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、白蛋白(ALB)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)]变化。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为88.33%显著高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的PT、TT、aPTT、ALT、AST、TBIL水平均显著低于对照组,Fbg、ALB均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无明显药物不良反应,孕妇和胎儿状况良好。结论中西医结合治疗对妊娠合并病毒性肝炎患者的临床疗效显著,能够有效改善其肝功能和凝血功能,且安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the influences of integrating therapy of Chinese and western medicine on clinical curative effect and coagulation indexes in patients with pregnancy combined with viral hepatitis.Methods A total of 120 pregnant patients with viral hepatitis admitted to the hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into control group(n= 60)and observation group(n= 60)according to different treatment methods.Western medicine was given the control group,while the observation group was treated with integrating therapy of Chinese and western medicine.The clinical curative effect and changes of coagulation indexes[activated partial thromboplastin time(aPTT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(Fbg),plasma thrombin time(TT)]and liver function[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),albumin(ALB),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL)]were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.33%vs70.0%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PT,TT,aPTT,ALT,AST and TBIL in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while Fbg and ALB were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse drug reaction in either group.The condition of pregnant women and fetuses was good.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of integrating therapy of Chinese and western medicine is obvious on patients with pregnancy combined with viral hepatitis,which can effectively improve liver function and coagulation function,with relatively higher safety.
