中医康复护理对脑卒中患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities in Stroke Patients

目的研究分析中医康复护理干预对脑卒中患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的影响。方法对我院在2016年2月至2017年6月期间收治的58例脑卒中患者展开研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各29例,对照组患者给予常规内科护理,观察组患者采取中医康复护理,两组患者均治疗两周。研究分析两组患者下肢DVT、肿胀及疼痛情况、检测其血小板和凝血功能、血液流变,及对护理满意度。结果观察组患者在凝血功能(PT、aPTT)及血小板(PLT、MPV)指标上与对照组相比均无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组患者下肢DVT形成率(3.45%)显著低于对照组(27.59%)(P<0.05),观察组患者下肢肿胀及疼痛发病率也明显低于对照组(13.79%vs 62.07%)(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理满意度显著高于对照组(93.10%vs 65.52%)(P<0.05)。结论中医康复护理可有效的改善其患肢静脉血液循环,并降低其DVT发病率,提高对护理满意度。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in stroke patients.Methods 58 patients with cerebral apoplexy admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to the method of random number table.29 patients in each group were given routine medical care in the control group and rehabilitation nursing in the observation group.Both groups were treated for two weeks.The formation,swelling and pain of deep vein thrombosis,platelet and coagulation function,nursing satisfaction and blood flow changes were analyzed.Results There was no significant difference in blood coagulation function(PT,aPTT)and platelet platelet(PLT,MPV)between the two groups(P>0.05);the rate of venous thrombosis in the observation group(3.45%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(27.59%)(P<0.05),and the incidence of swelling and pain in the observation group was also significant.It was lower than that of the control group(13.79% vs 62.07%)(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(93.10% vs 65.52%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity in stroke patients,reduce the incidence of DVT, improve nursing satisfaction.
