摘要
分配制度是高校各项工作开展的“指挥棒”,做到绩效工资的合理分配及管理,保障广大教职员工的根本利益,促进高校各项事业的发展,是各个高校都在积极探索的一个关键性问题。本文基于相关高校在绩效工资实施过程中面临的问题,根据绩效工资改革的政策导向和要求,对高等院校绩效工资制度改革进行深入探析,寻求绩效工资改革过程中岗位设置、绩效考核、绩效工资三者的有机衔接和统一,以求发挥绩效工资改革的最大功效。
The distribution system is the "baton" for all kinds of work in colleges and universities.The effective distribution and management of performance salary can not only guarantee the fundamental interests of the faculty and staff,but also promote the development of various undertakings in colleges and universities.It is a key issue that all colleges and universities are actively exploring.This paper based on the problems faced by relevant colleges in the implementation of performance salary.According to the policy orientation and requirements of performance salary reform,the author analyzes the reform of performance salary system in colleges and universities,and seeks the organic convergence and unification of job setting,performance appraisal and performance salary in the process of performance salary reform in order to maximize the effectiveness of performance-based salary reform.
