双进双出钢球磨煤机变频直驱高效传动链技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高双进双出钢球磨煤机的传动效率,降低磨煤电耗,对双进双出钢球磨煤机的磨煤原理进行了研究,对磨煤机在运行中存在空耗的原因进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了变频直驱高效传动链技术,进行了节能降耗效果与经济性分析。这一技术有利于实现双进双出钢球磨煤机的智能化运行,满足锅炉负荷的调峰需求,节能效果显著。 In order to improve the transmission efficiency of the double-ended ball mill and reduce its power consumption,the work principle of the double-ended ball mill was studied,and the causes for the dry run cost in the operation of the double-ended ball mill were investigated. On this basis,the high-efficiency transmission chain technology with frequencyconversion direct drive was proposed while the effects and economic analysis on energy saving and consumption reduction were carried out. This technology is favorable to the intelligent operation of the double-ended ball mill and it can meet the peak load demand of the boiler load with remarkable performances on energy saving.
