标准化是产品研制的发展趋势,基于标准化的流程质量模型是质量免疫体系的核心。通过标准化流程质量管理,有利于质量体系的完善与高效运行,以及产品质量全方位保障。结合ISO9000族标准及过程质量控制理念,从研究背景、质量活动特点、质量免疫体系构建基础、质量免疫构建策略、质量数据分析等方面展开讨论,重点研究技术目标、岗位职责、研制程序、培训考核、复查纠错,以及用户调查的质量数据模型与策略方法。

Standardization is the development trend of product development. The quality model of standardized process is the core of the quality immune system. Through standardized process quality management, it is conducive to the perfect and efficient operation of the quality system, and the all-inclusive guarantee of product quality. Combining ISO 9000 standards and process quality control concepts, discussion is developped from the aspects of investigation background, quality activity characteristics, constructing foundation of quality immune system, constructing strategy of quality immune system, quality data analysis, etc. while focusing on technical objectives, job responsibilities, R&D procedures, training &assessment, review and correction, as well as quality data models and strategy process for user surveys.
