摘要
随着中央企业不断向多元化和集团化发展,集团化管控提上企业改革发展日程。本文以C集团创建并实践的管控模式为例,阐述集团化管控内涵,分析中央企业实施集团化管控的必要性,提出"三层架构、两级经营"框架下的母子公司和"母分公司"管控模式的实施路径,对于中央企业或大型企业的集团化管控具有借鉴意义。
Collectivization control has been put on schedule gradually with the diversification and collectivization of the large state-owned enterprise. The article takes the collectivization control mode named Three-layer and Tow-level Operation for example,to analyze the intension of Three-layer and Tow-level Operation,implementation necessity,and put forward the implementation path. The research will be the reference for the large state-owned enterprise.
