摘要
在进行电梯线性蓄能型缓冲器型式试验时,型式试验证书配置表中的最大缓冲行程参数尚无明确定义。通用的做法是将实测的弹簧压缩量作为最大缓冲行程参数进行限定,但根据TSG T7007-2016标准,在一致性核查环节可能出现问题。基于电梯线性蓄能型缓冲器的实际性能要求和制造工艺,对型式试验中的最大缓冲行程进行了讨论,对缓冲器压缩量与适用质量范围的关系进行了分析,并提出了型式试验证书配置表中最大缓冲行程参数的合理解释和对应做法。
The maximum buffer stroke parameter in the configuration table of type approval test certificate is not clearly defined when performing the type approval test of linear energy storage buffer of the elevator.The common practice is to take the measured spring compression as the maximum buffer stroke parameter,but according to the TSG T7007-2016 standard,problems may occur during the consistency check.Based on the actual performance requirements and manufacturing process of the elevator linear energy storage buffer,the maximum buffer stroke in the type approval test was discussed.The relationship between the buffer compression amount and the applicable mass range was analyzed,and the reasonable explanation and corresponding practice of the maximum buffer stroke parameter in the configuration table of the type approval test certificate were proposed.
