摘要
在常压下,对二乙烯三胺溶液在填料塔中吸收二氧化碳进行了试验研究。测定了二乙烯三胺溶液浓度为0.05~0.35 mol/L、流量为0.2~0.6 L/min时二氧化碳脱除效率的变化情况,表明随着二乙烯三胺溶液浓度和流量的增大,二氧化碳的脱除效率提高;而随着二氧化碳浓度和混合气体流量的增大,二氧化碳的脱除效率降低。在试验中,对二乙烯三胺与乙醇胺的吸收性能进行了对比,确认二乙烯三胺是一种高效的二氧化碳吸收剂。
An experimental study on absorption of carbon dioxide by DETA solution in the packed tower was carried out under ordinary pressure.The variation elimination efficiency of carbon dioxide was determined when the concentration of DETA solution was 0.05~0.35 mol/L and the flow rate was 0.2~0.6 L/min.It shows that with the increase of the concentration and flow rate of DETA solution,the elimination efficiency of carbon dioxide is improved.As the concentration of carbon dioxide and the flow rate of gaseous mixture increase,the elimination efficiency of carbon dioxide decreases.In the test,the absorption properties of DETA and ethanolamine were compared.It is confirmed that DETA is a high-efficient carbon dioxide absorbent.
