经络辨证思路的应用探讨

经络辨证是中医学辨证体系的重要组成部分,现如今脏腑辨证成为辨证方法的核心,而经络辨证日趋淡化,目前针灸临床的辨证方法也不甚清晰。该文旨在梳理经络辨证体系,综述生物电阻学技术在经络仪方面的应用,探讨经络和脏腑辨证、体质辨识、疾病预防的关系,以便更好地应用于临床和健康检测。

Meridian syndrome differentiation is an important part of TCM syndrome differentiation system. Nowadays, viscera syndrome has become the core of syndrome differentiation method, and meridian syndrome differentiation has become weaker. At present, the dialectical method of acupuncture is not clear. The purpose of this paper is to sort out the meridian syndrome differentiation system, review the application of bio-electrical resistance technology in meridian instrument, and explore the relationship between meridian and viscera syndrome differentiation, constitution identification and disease prevention, so as to be better applied to clinical and health testing.
