国内针刺非常规点治疗痛症RCT临床研究报告分析

Quality Evaluation of Randomized controlled Trials of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Tain in China

目的:评价国内在应用非常规点治疗疼痛的随机对照试验(RCT)的文献方法学和报告的质量。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学期刊文献数据库(CBM),中国知识基础设施工程数据库(CNKI),维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP),万方医药期刊数据库(WF)中有压痛点、触发点以及触发点治疗疼痛的RCT文献,检索年限自1990年1月1日至2018年12月31日,由2位利益无关者独立运用JADAD量表、CONSORT声明(2010年版)、STRICTA标准评价。结果:纳入文献94篇,得到94个临床对照试验,其中试验组病例总数为4350,CONSORT条目报告平均38.44%,STRICTA条目报告平均61.76%。结论:国内有关针刺非常规点治疗痛症的RCT文献质量亟待提高。

Objecti ve: To evaluate the quality of literature and reports on randomized controlled trials ( RCTS ) for the treatment of pain using unconventional points in China. Methods: Computer retrieval China journal of biomedical literature database ( CBM ), China' s knowledge infrastructure engineering database ( CNKI ), d PuZhongWen scitech journal database ( VIP ), ten thousand square medicine journal database ( WF ) of pressure point, trigger and trigger point pain treatment of RCT literature, retrieve the fixed number of year since January 1, 1990 to December 31, 2018, by the interests of the two independence is using the JADAD scale, the CONSORT statement ( 2010 edition ), STRICTA standards evaluation. Results: A total of 94 clinical controlled trials were conducted, including 4350 cases in the experimental group, 38.44% CONSORT entries and 61.76% STRICTA entries. Conclusion: It is urgent to improve the quality of domestic RCT literature on the treatment of pain by acupuncture at unconventional points.
