雷公藤多苷片联合百令片治疗Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside Tablets Combined with Bailing Tablets in the Treatment of Stage IV Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察雷公藤多苷片联合百令片治疗Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:将60例Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组在参照组常规治疗的同时加用雷公藤多苷片联合百令片口服,观察两组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、血清肌酐、血清尿素氮等指标变化,并进行临床疗效比较。结果:两组均能降低24h尿蛋白定量、血清肌酐、血清尿素氮,升高血清白蛋白,但治疗组疗效优于参照组。结论:雷公藤多苷片联合百令片治疗Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病,可明显减少蛋白尿,升高血清白蛋白,改善肾功能,缓解症状,值得临床推广运用。

Objectives: To observe the clinical efficacy of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets combined with Bailing tablets in the treatment of stage IV diabetic nephropathy. Methods: 60 patients with stage IV diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases), the treatment group was treated with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets combined with Bailing tablets while the control group was treated with routine therapy, the changes of 24 hours urinary protein, serum albumin, serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen were observed before and after treatment, and the clinical effects were compared. Results: Both groups could reduce 24-hour urinary protein, serum creatinine, serum urea nitrogen and increase serum albumin, hut the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group. Conclusion: Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets combined with Bailing tablets in the treatment of stage IV diabetic nephropathy can significantly reduce proteinuria, increase serum albumin, improve renal function, alleviate symptoms, which is worthy of clinical application.
