济南市某高校大学生吸烟及控烟知信行调查

Survey on smoking and cognition,attitude and behavior of tobacco control among students from a college,Jinan city

目的了解济南市某高校大学生不同文化层次、医学和非医学生的吸烟情况、影响因素以及对控烟的知信行情况。方法 2018年11月至2019年3月采用分层整群随机抽样方法确定调查对象,使用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果在999名学生中,有156名学生吸烟(15.62%),医学类和非医学类学生吸烟率分别为8.70%(42人)、22.20%(115人),吸烟率随着学历上升而减少,五年一贯、专科和本科吸烟率分别为27.40%(54人)、14.60%(51人)、11.50%(52人)(P<0.01)。大学生了解控烟知识的途径是通过网络(363人、占36.30%)和班会教育(283人、占28.30%);同学对控烟的措施持赞同态度(922人、占92.20%),认为控烟的最有效的措施是自我克制和分散注意力(407人、占40.70%)。结论济南市某高校大学生吸烟率处于高水平,其控烟知晓率及行动力低。

Objective To understand the smoking situation, influencing factors and cognition, attitude and behavior of tobacco control among students with different cultural levels and medical and non-medical students from a college in Jinan city. Methods From November 2018 to March 2019 , stratified cluster random sampling method was used to select the objects,the data was statistically analyzed by SPSS 17. 0 software. Results Among 999 students, there were 156 (15.6%) students smoked, and the smoking rate in medical and non-medical students was 8. 70%(42 students) and 22. 20%(115 students),respectively. The smoking rate decreased with the increase of educational background. The smoking rate of students in 5-year vocational,junior college and undergraduate courses was 27. 40%(54 students),4. 60%(51 students) and 11. 50%(52 students),respectively( P <0. 01). The routes to understand the knowledge of tobacco control among college students were network(363 students, 36. 30%) and class meeting education(283 students, 28. 30%)? The students held a agreeable attitude with the measures of tobacco control ( 922 students, 92. 20 %). They thought that the most effective measures of tobacco control was self-restraint and distraction (407 students,40. 70%). Conclusion The smoking rate of college students is at a high level,and their awareness rate and action ability of smoking control are low.
