阐述了住房公积金制度的意义,分析了住房公积金风险类型,以连云港市为例,在住房公积金风险管理实践中总结提炼成“四管四控”风险防控办法,从“党建管总组织源头控”到“绩效管人末端控”,从制度完善到信息手段全覆盖,解决了风险防控管控什么、怎么管控的问题。

This paper expounds the significance of the housing provident fund system,analyses the risk types of the housing provident fund.Taking Lianyungang city as an example,it summarizes and refines the risk prevention and control methods of“four management and four control”in the practice of risk management of the housing provident fund,and forms a complete closed loop from“the source control of the general organization of the party construction management”to“the end control of the performance management”.From the perfection of the system to the full coverage of information means,the problems of what and how to control risk prevention is solved.
