Research on the Improvement and Innovation of the Subsidy System for Poor Students in Colleges and Universities

探讨了高校贫困学生资助工作的现状及存在问题,以合肥学院贫困生资助工作体系的框架和实践为研究对象,结合精准扶贫政策,从“扶贫助困、励志助心、强能助才”三个方面,就如何采取更加切合实际的帮扶措施,强化基础性工作,完善与创新资助体系,进行了理论和实践的探讨。

This paper probes into the present situation and existing problems of the subsidy work for poor students in colleges and universities.Taking the framework and practice of the subsidy work system for poor students in Hefei University as the research object,combining with the precise poverty alleviation policy,from the three aspects of“poverty alleviation,inspiration,and strong ability to help the poor”,this paper discusses how to adopt more practical subsidy measures,strengthen basic work,perfect and innovate the subsidy system.
