高校青年教师生存环境及对策研究

Research on the Survival Environment and Countermeasure of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities

高校青年教师作为一个相对特殊的群体,正在受到社会各方面的关注。从目前高校青年教师的生存状态来看,绝大多数高校青年教师都面临着巨大的物质、精神方面的压力,其生存状态令人堪忧。在分析高校青年教师生存发展诉求的基础上,提出了改善高校青年教师生存与发展状况的对策建议。

Young college teachers,as a relatively special group,are receiving attention from all aspects of society.Judging from the current living conditions of young teachers in colleges and universities,the vast majority of young teachers in colleges and universities are facing enormous material and spiritual pressures,and their living conditions are worrying.This paper analyses the demands of the survival and development of young teachers in colleges and universities,and on this basis,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the survival and development of young teachers in colleges and universities.
