“二师型课堂”在高校思政教学中的适用性分析

摘要 “二师型课堂”语境中的“二师”是指在一节课中同时出现的两位教师,其中一位是拥有真正教师资格的教师,另一位则是由学生客串。该模式源自专业课的教学改革,能否运用于高校思政教学,取决于它能否兼容高校思政课的难度差异和班级规模差异。分析表明,将此模式运用于高校思政教学,会引起施教方力量的翻倍增长,增强教师对课堂的监控力,提高学生学习参与率,同时使学生的团队合作、商务谈判等职业能力得到锻炼。 The "double-teacher classroom teaching", a synonym for the teaching methods that consists of the element of "student lecturer" such as "participatory teaching" and "five-step teaching method", is a classroom teaching mode in which the role of lecturer is played by both students and teacher. This kind of classroom teaching model has been proved to be highly effective in the teaching of specialized courses in small class. If you want to transplant it in the ideological and political education classroom, you need to examine whether it can be compatible with thedifferences between it and the professional courses, namely, differences in sensitivity and class size. The result of the analysis shows that it can be compatible with it's two major differences in ideological and political education. Thus it can be applied to ideological and political teaching practice, and because of the doubling of the teaching force, teachers' strength in classroom monitoring has been significantly enhanced,the participation rate of students has been greatly improved;student guest teachers participate in lesson preparation and teaching, and also make the students' teamwork, business negotiation and other professional abilities get exercise.
