摘要
促进教育公平是我国教育事业发展的重要宗旨,从上至下则是我国教育公平发展的基本逻辑。结合我国基本国情,按从上至下的基本逻辑对地区教育公平问题进行梳理,在回顾我国教育公平发展历史的基础上,初步探究教育公平在新时期面临的政策执行、评价机制以及改良途径等问题,为进一步深入研究作理论层面初期准备和分析。
Promoting education equity is an important tenet of China’s education development,and from top to bottom is the basic logic for the development of education equity in China.Based on China’s basic national conditions,this article will sort out the issue of regional education equity according to the basic logic of from top to bottom.On the basis of reviewing the history of education fairness in China,it will initially explore the policy implementation and evaluation mechanism as well as issues such as improvement approaches that education equity faces in the new era.This article aims to make the initial preparation and analysis of the theoretical level for the further in-depth study.
