非物质文化遗产视域下的凤阳花鼓保护对策研究

Protection Countermeasures of Fengyang Flower Drum under the Perspective of Intangible Cultural Heritage

以非物质文化遗产学的理论为指导,全方位考察凤阳花鼓的生存现状,厘清了凤阳花鼓的非物质文化遗产的特质。并针对这些特质,提出运用非遗以人为本、濒危遗产优先保护、原真性保护、整体保护的基本原则,实行政府牵头、机制保护,以人为本、分类保护,核心区域、完整保护,非遗基地、深度保护的保护对策。这些既具有针对性,又具有可操作性的保护对策,丰富了凤阳花鼓保护的学术研究内容,也可供政府相关部门在制定凤阳花鼓保护规划的时候加以借鉴,从而达到保护凤阳花鼓的目的。

Basing on the theory of non-material cultural heritage,it investigated the living conditions of Fengyang Flower Drum,and clarified the characteristics of the non-material cultural heritage of it.In view of these characteristics,it proposed to apply the basic principles of people-oriented,priority protection of endangered heritage,original protection,and overall protection,and implement government-led,institutional protection,people-oriented,classified protection,core regions,and complete protection.Protection countermeasures were given for non-residual base and deep protection.These protective countermeasures not only have pertinence but also have oper-ability,which enrich the academic research content of Fengyang Flower Drum protection,and can also be used for reference by the relevant government departments when formulating Fengyang Flower Drum protection planning,so as to achieve the purpose of protecting Fengyang Flower Drum.
