摘要
依据空间啮合理论对弧齿锥齿轮进行带位置偏差的TCA(tooth contact analysis)仿真,模拟分析了多种位置偏差(径向、轴向和轴交角偏差)对弧齿锥齿轮啮合性能的影响,并经过进一步的图像处理和比较,量化的反映出了弧齿锥齿轮副对各种位置偏差的敏感性。
According to the space engagement theory, the TCA(tooth contact analysis), with position warp, was simulated. Based on which, we analysis the influence of many position warp to the mesh ability of spiral bevel gears. After further image processing and comparison, we quantified the sensitivity of spiral bevel gears’ to position warp.
