摘要
本文通过对应用物理学专业学生自主学习及其激励因素进行实证分析,提出采用有效的激励方法和手段,挖掘学生学习潜力,调动和发挥学生学习的自主性、能动性和创造性的自主学习激励机制。分析“创新班”条件下的自主学习激励机制在学生自主学习能力培养中的作用,反思我校应用物理学专业学生自主学习习惯的培养问题,并提出相应的解决方案。
This paper empirically analyzes the self-learning and motivational factors of applied physics students, and proposes effective incentive methods and methods to explore students' learning potential, mobilize and give full play to students' autonomy, initiative and creative self-learning incentive mechanism. Analyze the role of self-learning incentive mechanism under the condition of "innovation class" in the cultivation of students' self-learning ability, ref lect on the cultivation of students' self-learning habits in applied physics, and propose corresponding solutions.
