the early aircraft was mainly composed of metal materials.Due to the good conductive effect of metal, the deposition static electricity generated in the air can be quickly transmitted to the electrostatic discharger located on the wings and the rear edge of the stabilizer plane and so on,so as to avoid catastrophic damage. However, the proportion of composite material used in modern aircraft is higher and higher.Although composite material has excellent performance,it is easier to generate electrostatic discharge, but it also puts forward higher requirements for aircraft electrostatic protection.
