基于可持续理念的出行服务系统设计研究

产品服务系统作为解决环境问题的有效方法,本文结合运用产品服务系统设计模型对出行服务系统进行评估与设计。通过分析可持续设计理念在产品服务系统设计与传统产品设计过程中区别,并将重点集中在出行服务系统中产品与用户的交互设计,从而围绕核心产品与服务构建出行产品服务系统。通过对出行服务系统设计六个阶段的深入研究,认为需要从企业经营、政府管理、规范行为、绿色设计等四个方面的可持续性进行评估,重视用户体验,规范用户行为,才能促进出行服务系统可持续发展。

Product service system as an effective method to solve environmental problems,this paper combined the use of product service system design model to evaluate and design the travel service system.By analyzing the difference of the sustainable design concept between product service system design and traditional product design process,we focused on the interaction design of products and users in the travel service system,to build a travel product service system around core products and services.Through the in-depth research on the six stages of travel service system design,it is considered that it is necessary to evaluate the sustainability of business management,government management,normative behavior,green design,etc.,paying attention to user experience and standardizing user behavior.At last,it would promote the system of travel services sustainable.
