摘要
针对某电厂1号锅炉中储式制粉系统排粉机单耗偏高的现状,组织进行了现场试验诊断,取得了详细的试验数据,并对试验数据进行了分析,确定了排粉机设计裕量大、运行效率低是导致排粉机单耗高的主要原因,并针对性地提出了优化改进提效方案;经过实施改造后,排粉机单耗明显降低、排粉机运行效率明显提高,为电厂节能降耗工作贡献了一份力量。
In view of the present situation of the high unit consumption of powder discharging machine in the medium s torage pulverizing s ystem of a power plant N o. 1 boiler,organized the f ield test diagnosis , the detailed test data were obtained, and the test data were analyzed. The main reasons for the high unit consumption of powder discharging machine were determined that the large design margin and low operation eff iciency of powder discharging machine were the main reasons, and the optimized and improved scheme was put forward. After the implementation of the transformation, the unit consumption of powder discharging machine is obviously reduced and the operation eff iciency of powder discharging machine is obviously improved, which contributes to the energy saving and consumption reduction of the power plant.
