摘要
针对车辆段轮对检修工作量大、检修效率低下、轮对检修粗放管理无具体数据统计等问题,本文深入分析研究,创新运用智能机械手和HMIS系统优化轮对检修工艺,合理地解决了车辆段轮对检修存在的这些问题。
In view of the large workload of the vehicle segment, the low maintenance ef f iciency, and the lack of specif ic data statistics for the extensive management of the wheelset maintenance, this paper deeply analyzes and studies, innovatively uses the intelligent manipulator and HMIS system to optimize the wheel alignment maintenance process, and reasonably solves the problem. These problems exist in the maintenance of the segment of the depot.
