摘要
目的:探索肿瘤专科医院个案管理师培养的新模式新方法,为我国个案管理师的规范化培养提供参考。方法:自2016年8月至2017年12月,通过个案管理师的遴选、培训及考核、形成个案管理团队、建立制度和工作流程、设计个案管理手册和个案管理模式实施方案,培养2批,共44名专科及以上学历的临床护士为个案管理师。并于2018年11月对44名个案管理师进行追踪。结果:培训后个案管理师综合考核成绩全部合格,并对此次培训均表示满意,满意度为100.0%。个案管理师追踪合格率为90.5%。结论:我院针对肿瘤个案管理师培养新思路切实可行,适应我国国情和肿瘤专科医院现状,值得借鉴。
Objective:To explore a new mode and method of case manager training program in oncology hospitals.Method:Case manager training program was designed and implemented,including the selection,training and assessment of case managers candidates,the formation of case management teams,the establishment of systems and workflow,the design of case management manuals and the implementation of case management mode.Totally 44 clinical nurses were trained as case managers.They were followed up in November 2018.Results:The case managers were all satisfied(100%)with the training program.The qualified rate of follow-up of case managers was 90.5%.Conclusion:It is practical for our hospital to perform new training program to train case managers.It is expected the case manager can provide qualified nursing care to oncology patients.
