基于DEA的黑龙江省林业产业投入产出效率评价研究

Evaluation on Input-output Efficiency of Forestry Industry in Heilongjiang Province Based on DEA

文章运用DEA模型,测算和分析了2004~2017年黑龙江省林业产业投入产出效率。分析结果表明:2004~2017年间,黑龙江省林业产业投入产出的综合效率并不高,多数年份还未有达到DEA有效,还有待于进一步提升林业投资对林业产业产出的贡献。通过投入冗余和产出不足及非DEA有效年份的投影分析后,得出非DEA有效年份的根本原因在于黑龙江省林业产业投资结构不合理。

This paper utilized DEA model to calculate and analyze the input output efficiency of forestry industry in Heilongjiang Province from 2004 to 2017.The result showed that:the comprehensive efficiency of in put and output of forestry industry in Heilongjiang Province is not high from 2004 to 2017,and the DEA efficiency has not been achieved in most years,and the contribution of forestry investment to the output of forestry industry needs to be further improved.Through the projection analysis on input redundancy and output shortage and non DEA ef fective years,it is concluded that the fundamental reason of non DEA effective years is the unreasonable investment structure of forestry industry in Heilongjiang Province.
