口腔鳞状细胞癌中ABCE1与RNase L的表达及意义

Expression and significance of ABCE1 and RNase L in oral squamous cell carcinoma

目的研究ABCE1和RNase L在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组化的方法检测60例口腔鳞癌及25例正常口腔粘膜组织中ABCE1及RNase L蛋白的表达。结果①ABCE1和RNase L在口腔鳞癌组织中的表达均高于正常组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②ABCE1及RNase L的表达与组织的分化程度及有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与年龄、性别及吸烟史无关(P>0.05)。③ABCE1与RNase L表达之间无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 ABCE1及RNase L的表达与口腔鳞癌的发生发展密切相关。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of ABCE1 and RNase L in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expression of ABCE1 and RNase L in 60 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 25 cases of normal oral mucosa tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results ① The expression of ABCE1 and RNase L in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues was higher than that in normal tissues, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2) Expression of ABCE1 and RNase L was related to tissue differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), and there was no correlation with age, sex or smoking history (P>0.05).③No correlation between ABCE1 and RNase L expression (P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of ABCE1 and RNase L is closely related to the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
