摘要
论文总结了当前中国水产品消费的主要特征和转型趋势,主要包括:数量增长的同时增速减缓,城乡消费存在较大差异,水产品消费仍有一定发展空间;水产品消费理念更新升级,更加注重“优、绿、新”;水产品进口需求持续扩大等。在此基础上,分析了产业、渠道、质量安全等方面制约消费的因素并提出消费转型引领渔业供给侧结构性改革的主要思路。
This paper summarizes the main characteristics and transformation trend of aquatic product consumption in China,mainly including:the growth rate slows down while the quantity increases,differences exist between urban and rural consumption,aquatic product consumption still has a certain development space;the renewal and upgrading of aquatic product consumption includes more attention to"quality,green and new";The demand for aquatic products imports has expanded.On the former basis,the authors also summarize the factors restricting consumption in industry,channel,quality and safety.At the end of the paper,the main ideas of consumption transformation leading the fishery structural reform of supply side are put forward.
