摘要
文章首先介绍了立式金属储油罐的基本结构、油罐容量计量的基本原理和目前罐体几何测量的几种方法的应用现状,其中围尺法是目前使用精度较高的测量方法,用此方法测量基圆周长需要考虑钢卷尺的弹性变量误差,并要对钢卷尺进行修正。因此,根据大容量立式金属罐容积检定的技术要求和方法步骤,文章提出了一种采用专用磁铁测量方法,能够较好地解决检定过程中的诸多不便,提高测量精度。
Firstly, the basic structure of vertical metal oil storage tank, the basic principle of tank capacity measurement and the application status of several methods of tank geometry measurement are introduced in this paper. Among them, the girth method is currently used to measure the base circumference with high accuracy. The elastic variable error of steel tape should be taken into account when measuring the base circumference with this method, and the steel tape should be corrected. Therefore, according to the technical requirements and method steps of volume verification of large capacity vertical metal tank, a special magnet measurement method is proposed in this paper, which can solve many inconveniences in the verification process and improve the measurement accuracy.
