摘要
文章简单介绍了航空发动机状态监控的主要参数、测量手段及基本方法。对监控常采用的飞参曲线直观分析法、计算机程序快速处理法和趋势图分析法进行了说明,并且从转子监控、振动监控和滑油监控入手,阐述了发动机状态监控的主要内容。文章利用参数监控的原理和方法,举例分析了某发动机故障诊断与排查的过程,为飞参工程技术人员开展发动机参数监控和排故提供参考。
This paper briefly introduces the main parameters, measuring methods and basic methods of aero-engine condition monitoring. This paper explains the intuitionistic analysis method of flying parameter curve, the fast process. ing method of computer program and the analysis method of trend diagram, and expounds the main contents of engine condition monitoring from rotor monitoring, vibration monitoring and lubricating oil monitoring.
