固体干燥节能中的蒸汽再压缩热泵系统设计和应用

摘要 蒸汽再压缩热泵技术是目前比较先进的一种固体物料的干燥技术,但是实际上这种技术通常情况下是使用在蒸发浓缩中的,应用在固体物质干燥中的情况并不多。另外,有些干燥的物料比较特殊,其限制的因素较多,但是因为蒸汽再压缩热泵技术能产生的节能效果,所以当前许多人非常重视这项技术,并且在逐渐开发固体干燥的功能。文章主要对固体干燥节能中的蒸汽再压缩热泵系统的应用和设计进行分析。 Steam recompression heat pump technology is a relatively advanced drying technology for solid materials, but in practice this technology is usually used in evaporation concentration, and it is not used in the drying of solid ma. terials. In addition, some dry materials are special, and there are many limiting factors. However, due to the energy-sav. ing effect of steam recompression heat pump technology, many people attach great importance to this technology and are gradually developing the function of solid drying. This paper mainly analyzes the application and design of steam re. compression heat pump system in solid drying energy saving.
