摘要
大学是不同于政府企业和一般非营利组织的复杂社会组织,P大学实施的研究生招生调控改革过程充满了学校、院系和教师之间的利益协调,其中既包括学校自上而下的层级治理,也包括院系层面的次域治理.院系性质和内部规则不同,使层级治理、院系次域治理表现出差异性,层级治理与次域差异性治理的结合是解决内部矛盾、实现总体目标的现实选择.差异性治理对研究复杂组织治理有一定的启发意义.
University is a complex social organization different from the government,enterprise and general non-profit organizations.The postgraduate recruitment regulation and reform implemented in P University involves Interest coordination among the University,college/department and faculty members.It includes not only the top-down hierarchical governance,but also the sub-field governance at the college/department level.The difference between the nature and internal rules of college and makes the hierarchical governance and the sub-field governance at the college/department level different.It is a realistic choice to combine the hierarchical governance and the sub-field differential governances in order to resolve internal tensions and achieve the general goals.Differential governance has important implications for the study of complex organization' s governance.
