胆管结石体外震波碎石研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 胆管结石是胆道系统最常见的疾病,包括胆囊结石、胆总管结石和肝内胆管结石。体外震波碎石术(ESWL)作为一种有效、微创、简便的治疗技术,呈现了其在胆管(尤其是胆总管)结石治疗方面良好的应用前景。本文就近年国内外进行胆管结石体外震波碎石(B-ESWL)治疗的研究,简要介绍了ESWL主要原理、设备,以及B-ESWL在各种类型胆管结石中的临床作用和价值。
