Update for the treatment and management of acute intracranial hypertension in children

摘要 儿童颅内高压(ICH)是神经专业常见危急重症,早期、及时、正确的处理,可降低病死率和减少神经后遗症,因此,及时识别ICH,重视ICH患儿的综合性管理,合理选择降颅压措施,确保脑的正常血流灌注具有重要的临床意义。 Pediatric intracranial hypertension (ICH) is a common critical and severe syndrome in the field of neurologic disorders.Early and timely intervention can result in the reduction of mortality and secondary neurological side effects.Therefore, it is very important to immediately detect the ICH, enhance a comprehensive care management, appropriately opt the measures to decrease ICH as well as keep a normal cerebral blood perfusion.
