摘要
针对动车车厢产出顺序与交车顺序不一致导致的交车线车厢组车调度问题,结合某动车厂的交车线布置情况,建立了相应的仿真模型,并设计了一种简单有效的启发式调车方法。通过模拟3种批量的生产情形,并将启发式调车方法与穷举算法、遗传算法和随机规则进行实验对比,结果表明,所提出的启发式调车方法能够快速获得近优解。
The CRH(China railway high-speed) units marshalling problem arised due to the difference orders of CRH productions and CRH delivery. Oriented to this problem,simulation model and a simple and practical heuristic scheduling was presented based on real CRH marshalling lines. Manufacturing processes corresponding to 3 different sizes were conducted. Based on the experiments,the proposed heuristic rule was compared with exhaustive algorithm,genetic algorithm,and stochastic rule. Experiments prove that the proposed heuristic rule may reach near optimal solutions quickly.
