摘要
文章以宝钢股份为例,选取其2005-2015年的经营数据,通过案例分析的方法探究环境经营对企业价值创造的影响。研究结果表明,环境经营可以提升企业的经济效益、顾客价值、组织能力和环境保护,从而达到推动企业价值创造的目的,即环境经营能够助推企业的价值创造。最后,根据宝钢的成功实践,从生产和管理两个维度提出了关于如何更好地进行环境经营的两点建议。这些研究结论对于促使企业主动实施环境经营以及如何有效实施环境经营为我国的其他企业提供一些可供参考的建议。
This article takes Shanghai Baosteel as an example, selects its operating data from 2005 to 2015, and analyzes the impact of environmental management on the value creation of the company. The results show that environmental management can improve the economic efficiency, customer value, organizational capabilities and environmental protection of an enterprise, thereby achieving the purpose of promoting the value creation of enterprise, that is, environmental management can boost the value creation of the enterprise. Finally, according to the successful practice of Baosteel, two suggestions on how to better conduct environmental management were proposed from two dimensions of production and management. These conclusions provide some suggestions for the enterprises to take the initiative to implement environmental management and how to effectively implement environmental management.
