探讨纱疵的成因及控制措施。简述了纱疵的分类及危害。对常发性纱疵的控制做了宏观理论分析。借助USTER QUANTUM3型电子清纱器纱疵分级功能、纱体概念,分析了偶发性纱疵的产生原因,阐述了应用纱体图查找纱线生产流程环节出现的问题,总结了异纤纱体反映原料、环境波动情况的经验。提出了传统纺纱企业通过电子清纱器控制纱疵的方法。认为:完善在线追踪系统,对生产中纱疵进行监控与追踪,可有效降低纱疵的产生。
