Methods to achieve quality lean management for small batch & multi-varieties production line were discussed.Production mode and background of small batch & multi-varieties were explained.Summary was reviewed aimed at the quality management difficulties,control key points,control method and so on of this production mode.The core points and key points of quality lean management were explained by combining the production living example.It is considered that quality lean management is beneficial to achieve quality management target for the production lines with small batch & multi-varieties.
