经起绒对称小花纹织物的设计与试织

Design and Trial Weaving of Velvet Symmetrical Small Pattern Fabric

探讨经起绒对称小花纹织物的设计方法。分析经起绒对称小花纹织物分类和设计要点;以经起绒轴对称小花纹织物和经起绒旋转对称小花纹织物为例,分别介绍了纹样设计、组织设计、织物上机参数等,并给出了试织小样的照片。结果表明:经起绒轴对称小花纹织物地部白色,红色和绿色绒圈可形成轴对称小花纹;经起绒旋转对称小花纹织物地部白色,橘色和绿色绒圈可形成旋转对称小花纹。认为:地组织和经起绒组织都选择平纹组织,采用V形固结,最终可形成立体感强、纹饰丰富的经起绒小花纹织物。

Design method of velvet symmetrical small pattern fabric was discussed.Classification and design key points of velvet symmetrical small pattern fabric were analyzed.Pattern design,weave design and fabric loom set factor were introduced respectively.A photograph of trial weaving sample was given.The results showed that axisymmetric small pattern can be formed with white base,red and green pile loop on velvet symmetrical small pattern fabric.Rotational symmetric small pattern can be formed with white base,orange and green pile loop on velvet rotational symmetry small pattern fabric.It is considered that plain weave is selected in both base and velvet stich,V-shaped consolidation is used,velvet small pattern fabric with strong three-dimensional and rich texture is formed.
