不同水平张家口杂交谷子在雏鸡日粮中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 本试验通过研究张家口杂交谷子(简称“张杂谷”)替代部分玉米和麸皮的日粮对育雏期海兰褐蛋鸡生长性能、营养物质表观消化率和血液生化指标的影响,探讨张杂谷在蛋鸡日粮中应用的可行性,并筛选出张杂谷适宜的使用量。选取1日龄健康、体重一致的海兰褐蛋鸡480只,随机分为6组,每组4个重复,每个重复20只鸡。C组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;A1 ~ A5组为试验组,分别饲喂张杂谷水平为5%、10%、15%、20%和25%的饲粮,按照等能等蛋白原则,张杂谷替代部分玉米和麸皮的换算比例为1谷子=0.72玉米+0.28麸皮。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,试验组初体重、末体重、日增重、日采食量和料重比均无显著差异(P > 0.05)。(2)试验组粗蛋白质、钙、能量和磷的表观消化率均大于对照组。试验组与对照组相比,粗蛋白质和钙的表观消化率无显著差异(P > 0.05);能量的表观消化率有极显著差异(P < 0.01),其中试验组A4比对照组高3.39%;磷的表观消化率有显著性差异(P < 0.05),其中试验组A4比对照组高9.02%。(3)试验组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性均较对照组极显著提高(P < 0.01),其中试验组A3结果最好。综合比较各项指标说明,在蛋鸡日粮中使用张杂谷是可行的,本试验中张杂谷适宜的添加量为10%~ 15%。 This experiment studied the effects of the diet that Zhangjiakou Hybrid Foxtail Millet (abbreviation:Zhang Za Gu) replaces corn and bran on the growth performance,nutrient utilization rate and blood antioxidant index of the chickens during the brooding period .To explore the feasibility of using Zhang Za Gu in the diet of laying hens,and to screen out the appropriate use of Zhang Za Gu.A total of 480 healthy and weight-bearing HY-Line variety brown were randomly divided into 6 groups. Each group had 4 replicates and each replicated 20 chicken. The A1 ~ A5 group was the experimental group,and the C group was the control group. Feeding the cultivars at 5%,10%,15%,20% and 25%,respectively,according to the principle of isoenergetic protein,the conversion ratio of some of the corn and bran replaced by Zhang Za Gu was 1 millet= 0.72 corn+0.28 bran.The results were as follows:(1)Compared with the control group,there was no significant difference in the initial body weight,the final body weight,the daily gain,the daily feed intake and the feed-to-weight ratio (P > 0.05).(2)The apparent digestibility of crude protein,calcium,energy and phosphorus in the test group were greater than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in the apparent digestibility of crude protein and calcium between the experimental group and the control group (P > 0.05);the apparent digestibility of energy was significantly different(P < 0.01),and the test group A4 was higher than the control group. There was a significant difference in apparent digestibility of phosphorus(P < 0.05),in which test group A4 was 9.02% higher than the control group.(3)Compared with the control group,the superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) of the experimental group were significantly different(P < 0.01). The SOD and GSH-Px activity of the experimental group were higher than the control group,and the experimental group A3 was the best. Comprehensive comparison of various indicators showed that it was feasible to use Zhang Za Gu in the diet of laying hens. In this experiment,the appropriate use amount of Zhang Za Gu was 10%~ 15%.
