北美页岩油气重复压裂关键技术及建议 被引量:16

Re-fracturing key technologies of shale oil and gas in North America and the suggestions

摘要 在国际油价持续处于低位震荡的背景下,为应对页岩油气井单井产量递减快、加密井钻井作业成本高的难题,北美页岩油气公司开始利用重复压裂技术对部分具有潜力的老井进行增产改造,提高页岩油气开发效益。论述了北美页岩油气重复压裂现状,分析了提高页岩油气重复压裂成功率所采用的关键技术,包括重复压裂选井原则、候选井压裂时机选择、暂堵转向技术、机械封隔技术和连续管重复压裂技术等。结合重复压裂技术面临的挑战和国内页岩油气开发现状,提出了重复压裂关键技术攻关建议。围绕这些关键技术进行研究,尽快形成适应于我国页岩油气区的重复压裂技术,对于经济高效开发页岩油气具有重要意义。 In order to deal with the difficulties of shale oil/gas wells (i.e., fast decline of single well production and high operation cost of infiller drilling) in the background that the international oil prices fluctuate continuously at the low level, shale oil and gas enterprises in the North American adopt the re-fracturing technique to stimulate some old wells with potential so as to improve the development efficiency of shale oil and gas. The status quo of shale oil/gas reservoir re-fracturing in the North America was introduced. Then, the key technologies for improving the success rate of shale oil/gas reservoir re-fracturing was analyzed, including selection principle of re-fracturing well, fracturing time selection of candidate well, temporary-plugging diverting technique, mechanical isolation technique and coiled tubing re-fracturing technique. Finally, based on the challenges to re-fracturing technique, combined with the domestic status of shale oil/gas development, the suggestions on the research of re-fracturing key technologies were proposed. It is of great significance for the economical and efficient development of shale oil/gas to carry out the studies focusing on these key technologies and develop the re-fracturing technique suitable for domestic shale oil/gas areas as soon as possible.
