成都市历史建筑保护工作演进与实践思考

Project Progress And Practice Thinking of Historical Building Conservation of Chengdu

历史建筑是中国历史文化名城、名镇、名村保护与管理体系中的基本要素,但目前仅部分城市拥有完善的历史建筑保护与管理制度。成都是中国首批“国家历史文化名城”(1982年),但直至2011年,成都市历史建筑保护的相关工作才系统开展。本文通过2014年至2018年几个典型事件,深入分析了这期间涉及到的一系列技术编制、保护监督、公众参与的相关工作,并在此基础上提出进一步完善成都市历史建筑保护和管理工作体系的思考与对策,以期推动历史建筑保护与发展的共贏。

Historical building is the basic element of the protection and monagement system of Chinese historical ond cultural cities, towns and villages, but only a few cities have a thorough protection and management system of historical buildings currently. Chengdu is one of the cities firstly entitled as "National Historical and Cultural Cities" in 1982, but the historical building conservation in Chengdu has not systematically begun until 2011. Through the several typicol events from 2014 to 2018, this paper onolyzes a series of work related to technical compilation,protection and supervision, public participation during this period. Based on this, this paper proposes some thoughts ond measures to improve the historical building protection ond management system in Chengdu further, resulting in a win-win situation for the protection and development of historical building.
