No longer a Temporary Tenant of the City——Research on Social Housing in Taipei

台北市社会住宅为了解决弱势群体的居住问题而建设,这项住宅补贴政策从1962年开始实行,至今已经发展了50余年。近年来,台北市社会住宅的类型越来越多样化,其选址也有了更全面的考虑。本文探究了社会住宅的周边资源,得出其规划选址时考虑的因素,进而形成一定的参考和借鉴意义。

The social housing in Taipei City was built to solve the housing problems of the disadvontaged groups. The housing subsidy policy was implemented in 1962 and has been developed for more than 50 years. In recent years, the types of social housing in Taipei have become more diverse, and the location of social housing has also been more comprehensive considerations. This paper explores the surrounding resources of social housing, and draws the factors considered in the plonning and site selection, ond forms a certain reference and referenee significance.
