长江中游城市群城镇化发展水平研究

Study on the Development Level of Urbanization in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River

城市群逐步成为我国人口、产业、土地等各种空间要素集聚以及城镇化发展的主要载体。文章以长江中游城市群为研讨对象,从人口、产业、土地城镇化视角描摹城镇化发展程度,构建复合评估指标体系,并经过聚类分析和主成分分析综合剖析长江中游城市群的城镇化水平。研究发现:长江中游城市群各城市之间发展水平不平衡,存在差异。核心城市的辐射和带动作用不显著,与周边中小城市的联动不够紧密,须对区域统筹一体化,进行“核一点一轴一网”高度融合的城镇化体系网络构建。

The urban agglomeration has gradually become the moin carrier of the accumulation of various spatial elements such as population, industry and land in China ond the development of urbanization. The article takes the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yongtze River as the research object, ond describes the degree of urbonizotion development from the perspective of population, industry and lond urbanizotion, constructs a composite evaluation index system, ond comprehensively onalyzes the urbonization level of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River through cluster on.lysis and principal component onolysis. The study found that there is a difference in the level of development between cities in the middle reaches of the Yongtze River. The radiation and driving actions of the core cities are not significant, and the linkages with the surrounding small ond medium-sized cities are not close enough. It is necessary to integrate the regionol integration and carry out the network construction of the urbanization system with high integration of “nuclear-pointaxis- netw .
