摘要 根据生产中的使用要求和实践经验,对Q42-350T剪切机原始设计的切料机构压料块与上刀板间距进行调整,提高了原材料利用率,保证了切料端面质量;改进了原始的切料下刀板设计,即通过调整进料口高度,对切料下刀板与上刀板采用相同的凹槽形状及深度设计,实现了下刀板磨损后可再次修复利用,降低了切料刀板的消耗,节约了切料模具成本。 According to the production requirements and practical experience, the original design of Q42-350T shears cutting mechanism press material block and knife plate spacing is adjusted to improve the utilization rate of raw materials and ensure the quality of cutting end face;by improving the original cutting knife plate design, that is, by adjusting the height of the feeding port, the same design for groove shape and depth are used for the lower cutting knife plate and the upper knife plate to repair and use again after the cutting knife plate is worn, so as to reduce the consumption of the cutting knife plate and save the cost of cutting die.
