燃机外管路弯制模具与管材配合的选择

摘要 燃机外管路采用1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢薄壁管冷弯并焊接而成。为保证燃机结构紧凑,通常管路折弯半径小于1D,同时对折弯处的椭圆率、减薄率及褶皱要求极其严格,燃机外管路要求折弯处不能出现褶皱并要求管路系统实现互换性,这对不锈钢薄壁管弯制模具提出了极高要求。为保证燃机外管路弯制精度,介绍一组适合于YBC弯制设备的燃机管路弯制模具与管材的合理配合。 The external pipeline of gas turbine is cold-bent and welded with 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel thin-wall pipe. In order to ensure the compact structure of the gas turbine, usually the pipeline bending radius is less than 1D, and the requirements for the ellipticity, thinning rate and folding at the bend are extremely strict. The external pipeline of the gas turbine requires that there should be no folding at the bend and the pipeline system should be interchangeable, which puts forward extremely high requirements for the bending mold of the stainless steel thin-wall pipe. In order to ensure the bending precision of gas turbine external pipeline, a group of reasonably match of gas turbine pipeline bending die suitable for YBC bending equipment with the pipe materials are introduced.
